Cooking method
1. Celery and onion are washed, dried, cut into cubes. Peel the carrots, wash them, cut them into small cubes. We put the prepared vegetables in a frying pan, fry in vegetable oil until soft, then add the minced meat, salt, mix, fry for 5 minutes. Meanwhile, my tomatoes, cut into neat cubes, put in a frying pan and pour water. Simmer the ingredients for 20 minutes. It will be Bolognese.
2. And for Bechamel, melt the butter in a small saucepan, pour the flour, mix. Remove the pan from the stove, add nutmeg, salt to taste, pour cream, mix the sauce with a whisk.
3. Boil the lasagna sheets in boiling water for 2 minutes each.
4. Spread a little Bechamel on the bottom of the baking dish, level it with an even layer, then place the lasagna sheet, smear with Bolognese sauce and Bechamel again. Thus, we collect all the lasagna. Grate the parmesan, sprinkle the surface of the dish and send the mold to the oven, preheated to 170 degrees, bake for 30-40 minutes.
Cut the finished lasagna into portions and serve it on the table.
