Eggplants can be stuffed not only with meat or vegetables. I've been wanting to try out this recipe for a long time - bake eggplant with cottage cheese. A long time ago I baked peppers with cottage cheese and cheese - it turned out just unrealistically delicious. I heard that eggplants can be stuffed with cottage cheese. And now, finally, the hands have reached the implementation. What can I say - I definitely liked it. I will cook more, and more than once.
