Prepare everyone's favorite salad for the holiday! Salad "Fur coat" is not a novelty at all, nevertheless it is popular (especially for the New Year) and is not going to give up positions. So I propose to cook such a layered salad and remember the good old days)

To make a salad, you need to have boiled vegetables and chicken eggs on hand. This means that beets, carrots and potatoes are boiled until ready, hard-boiled eggs.

Peel the onion, finely chop it, put it in a bowl. Pour salt and sugar, pour balsamic vinegar, mix and leave in the marinade for a few minutes.

Well, the vegetables have boiled, they have cooled down, let's start assembling the salad:

- peel the potatoes, grate them on a fine grater, spread them on a flat dish with an even layer, make a mesh of mayonnaise;

- next, lay out a layer of pickled onions (squeeze out the moisture!);

- cut the herring fillet into cubes, if the bones come across, we remove, well, the mayonnaise grid, where without it)));

- peel the carrots, grate them on a fine grater, spread them on top of the herring;

- the apple is also peeled (we take the juicy variety), the pulp is grated, leveled ;

- eggs are cleaned, also grated, spread on top of the apple layer, smeared with mayonnaise;

- peel the beets, grate on a coarse grater, form the finishing layer, lubricate with mayonnaise.

That's it, the salad is ready!

Of course, it's better to let it brew in the refrigerator for an hour, but if there is no time, then you can serve it right away.
