It takes time to stew the stew, but I can say that I save precious minutes and during stewing I do the sauce, so the cooking process is not a burden.

1. Peel carrots and onions, wash, cut into small cubes. Put the butter in a frying pan, melt on fire, add vegetable oil, spread the prepared onions and carrots, fry for a couple of minutes. Then spread the minced chicken, mix, fry for a couple more minutes. Now add the tomato sauce, pour salt and pepper, pour the broth, cover the pan with a lid, simmer on low heat for 2 hours (it can be longer if time allows, the taste will only benefit from this).

2. We do not waste time in vain, and while the minced chicken stew is stewing, we will prepare white bechamel sauce. To do this, put the butter in a saucepan, melt on fire, pour flour, mix with a whisk, cook for a minute and add nutmeg, pour salt. Pour the milk in a thin stream with constant stirring with a whisk, cook until thickened, then remove from the heat and add grated parmesan to the sauce, mix. Cover the sauce with cling film in contact (that is, the film should lie on the sauce so that a crust does not form on the surface), leave it for a while.

3. Boil the water, add a pinch of salt, boil the lasagna sheets for 30 seconds. In the mold (I have a mold size of 20 * 30), we spread the lasagna sheets, smearing them with bechamel sauce and shifting the minced chicken stew. Thus, we collect lasagna, sprinkle grated parmesan on top. We send the mold to the oven preheated to 180 degrees and bake the lasagna for 40 minutes.

Served hot, garnished with fresh herbs to taste.
