Mashed potatoes with onion, egg and milk

Cooking method
1. Peel the potatoes, wash them, cut them into quarters. Peel the onion, cut in half.
2. We put the potatoes in a saucepan, put the onion halves on top, pour water (the water should completely cover the potatoes), pour salt. We send the pan to the fire, cook for 25 minutes.
3. Meanwhile, boil the milk in a saucepan.
4. Drain the broth, crumple the potatoes, adding boiled milk in parts, then break the raw egg, mix.
5. Add butter to the resulting mass, beat the puree with a blender.
Served as a side dish to any dish, I really like it with stewed vegetables :)
