Bean Soup with Canned Beans and Smoked Meat

    1. Wash and trim the vegetables. Chop the onion and grate the carrots. Dice the tomatoes and the smoked chicken. 2. First, lightly sauté everything in a skillet: start with the chicken, then add the vegetables. Sauté for a couple of minutes. 3. Pour the water into a pot, bring it to a boil, add the smoked chicken, beans, and vegetables, then add the potatoes. Season with salt and pepper. Cook until the vegetables are tender. Sprinkle with chopped herbs and serve.
