Cooking method
1. Tomatoes are washed, cut into slices, crushed with a blender until smooth (you can also skip through a meat grinder if there is no blender).
2. Pour the mass into a saucepan, add bay leaves and pepper, bring to a boil and cook for 15 minutes.
3. Peel the onion and garlic, grind with a blender into a mush.
4. Pour sugar, salt, mustard powder, pour vinegar, add onion-garlic gruel.
5. Boil for 5 minutes and pour into pre-sterilized jars. Roll up the tin lids.
We wrap the blanks with a warm blanket and leave them for a day.
