Cooking method
1. Rinse the grits a couple of times until the water is completely clean (at this stage, the grits can be filled with water and left for three hours, so cooking will be reduced to 15 minutes, but I did not soak).
2. Pour water into a saucepan with a thick bottom, send it to the fire, bring it to a boil.
3. Pour sugar and salt into boiling water, put the washed cereals.
4. After 7 minutes, when the porridge begins to thicken, pour the milk into it, mix. Cook on low heat for 10 minutes.
5. Put a piece of butter into the finished porridge, mix and leave under a closed lid for 10 minutes.
That's it! Fragrant porridge with milk is ready! Steamed under the lid, the porridge is especially tender and soft.
