Cooking method
1. Hard-boiled eggs, cooled in cold water, cleaned, cut into small cubes.
2. Sausage crumble in small cubes.
3. Cut the gherkins into plates, combine with eggs and sausage.
4. Pour corn into the salad, add mayonnaise.
5. I wash the green onion feathers, dry them with a paper towel, chop them with a knife, add them to the rest of the ingredients.
6. We pour the crackers, salt, pepper and only at this stage we mix the salad.
Immediately serve on the table, garnished with a sprig of fresh parsley, crackers and sesame seeds.
