Cooking method
1.Chicken hearts are well washed with water.
2. Peel the zucchini (if the zucchini is young, you can cook without peeling). We also peel onions and carrots.
3. Cut vegetables into cubes.
4. We load vegetables and hearts into the slow cooker and fill it with water.
5. Add sour cream and spices, salt to taste.
6. Cook in a slow cooker on the "Quenching" mode for 40 minutes
.
7. Put in plates and sprinkle with chopped herbs.
