Cooking method

Step 1:
Without washing the corn, separate it into 3 parts: the husks, the cobs themselves, and the silk. Don't throw anything away, except the outer husks if they're damaged.

Step 2:
Line the bottom and sides of the pot with the husks, so the cobs don't touch the sides as they cook.

Step 3:
Cover the top with more husks and add the silk. Fill with water. Bring to a boil and cook, covered, for 1 hour over low heat. Take the cobs out, brush them with a thin layer of butter, and add a little salt if you like. Enjoy!
