Step 1:
Gather your ingredients.

In a blender or meat grinder, blend the chicken breast, milk, salt, and garlic into a smooth mixture.

Pick your largest pot. Spread the mixture onto a sheet of plastic wrap and roll it into a sausage shape (no longer than the diameter of the pot). It's best to wrap it in several layers and tie off the ends so the mixture doesn't leak out.

Step 4:
Lower it into boiling water. The water should cover the sausages completely. Cook, covered, for about 1 hour.
