Cooking method
1. Grind the cottage cheese through a sieve or beat it into a paste with a blender (a meat grinder is also suitable).
2. Add sugar, egg and a pinch of salt to the cottage cheese. Beat well until smooth.
3. Add semolina and butter. Mix it up.
4. Add flour (it is better to sift) and mix. Put the finished dough in a bag and in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
5. Wash the strawberries and remove the tails. Dry the berry.
6. Roll the dough in flour after the refrigerator, form a sausage and cut it into 10-12 pieces. Dip each part in flour and turn into a tortilla. Put strawberries on the tortillas and, gently pressing the dough to the berry, form dumpling balls. Roll them in flour so that they do not stick to the plate or table.
7. Boil the water, add a little salt. Carefully put the dumplings into the water, let it boil, gently pry them if they stick to the bottom. As soon as they pop up, boil for 2-3 minutes at a low boil. In the boiling water, the dough can break or break into pieces.
8. Prepare crackers, coconut chips or chop cookies for crumbling dumplings.
9. Roll hot dumplings in crumbs. It's prettier this way.
Decorate with mint, whipped cream. Serve with sour cream, ice cream, honey, jams ...
Enjoy!
