    1. Put the sugar in a pot and add the ginger, peeled and cut into thin slices. 2. Pour in boiling water, stir, and let the sugar dissolve completely. 3. Blend the cranberries and lingonberries, then strain them through a sieve. Keep the juice aside, and add the pulp to the pot of sweetened water. 4. Set the pot over the heat and bring it to a boil. 5. Strain the hot syrup through a sieve and combine it with the berry juice you set aside. 6. Stir in the honey. 7. Let the finished mors cool, then chill it in the fridge for an hour, since it's traditionally served cold. Pour the mors into glasses and enjoy!
