Cooking method
1. Pre-washed and dried meat is cut into cubes with an edge of about 2 cm

2. Peel the carrots, three on a grater.
3. Peel the onion, rinse with cold water and chop finely.
4. Put the meat in the bowl of a slow cooker, pour in sunflower oil, select the "frying" program and fry for about 10 minutes, stirring. I usually don't set the time for frying, but if it's more convenient for you with the set time, you can set 10 minutes. Then salt the fried pork and sprinkle with dry spices.
5. At this stage, add carrots and onions, fry for about 7 more minutes in the same mode.
6. We wash the corn groats and send them to the bowl of the slow cooker, pour in hot water, change the mode to "Porridge" ("Cereal") and set the time - 40 minutes.
We put the finished porridge in beautiful plates, decorate with finely chopped dill and serve it on the table.
