Cooking method
First we will prepare meat broth for soup. To do this, we wash the pork, put it in a saucepan, pour in water and send it to the fire. Bring the broth to a boil and drain completely, wash the meat, cut into pieces and pour clean water, return to the fire.
Cook the meat for 20 minutes from the moment of boiling, then add the potatoes, after peeling it and cutting it into small cubes. After 5 minutes, add the washed rice, salt and spices to taste (I have ground black pepper and hops-suneli). Cook over low heat until all the ingredients are ready - 25-30 minutes.
Carrots and onions are cleaned. Grate the carrots, cut the onion into cubes. Fry the vegetables in vegetable oil until the onion is transparent and the carrots are soft - about 6 minutes. We send the vegetables to the soup, let it boil.
Wash the parsley, chop it with a sharp knife, add it to the kharcho.
Let the soup brew under a closed lid for at least 15 minutes and serve it on the table.
