Homemade Turkey Sausages

Incredibly tasty homemade sausages — go ahead and give them a try! I fell for this recipe because of how simple it is and how delicious the results are. It takes literally half an hour, and the sausages come out beautiful, tasty, and good for you. In short, they're just the thing for kids and the whole family!

    1. Rinse the turkey fillet thoroughly under running water and grind it in a blender (or run it through a meat grinder). 2. Add the milk, salt, and pepper to the ground turkey, then crack in the egg. Mix well. 3. Cut rectangles of plastic wrap, spoon some filling onto each one (a couple of spoonfuls per sausage), and roll it up, shaping it into a sausage and securing the ends (tying them in a knot is easiest). 4. Boil for 10 minutes in salted boiling water. From there you can serve the sausages right away or, say, throw them on the grill. Serve with a side of pasta, potatoes, or rice, or simply with a vegetable salad. Enjoy!
