- Rinse the turkey fillet thoroughly under running water and grind it in a blender (or run it through a meat grinder). 2. Add the milk, salt, and pepper to the ground turkey, then crack in the egg. Mix well. 3. Cut rectangles of plastic wrap, spoon some filling onto each one (a couple of spoonfuls per sausage), and roll it up, shaping it into a sausage and securing the ends (tying them in a knot is easiest). 4. Boil for 10 minutes in salted boiling water. From there you can serve the sausages right away or, say, throw them on the grill. Serve with a side of pasta, potatoes, or rice, or simply with a vegetable salad. Enjoy!
