Cooking method

Cooking time: 2 h 30 min

My meat, remove all the films, cut into small pieces. We pass through the meat grinder a couple of times, using a grate with the smallest holes.

In a small bowl, mix all the spices and spices, salt, sugar, add them to the minced meat, stir, then pour in cold milk. When all the moisture is absorbed into the minced meat, beat it with a blender into a paste-like mass. In the resulting meat puree, we introduce powdered milk.

We fill the prepared shells with meat mass (you can use a sausage nozzle) not very tight, and so that no air gets in. We twist the shell with the filling every 15 cm .

Preheat the oven to 90 degrees and soak the sausages in it, placing them on a baking sheet, for one hour.

Then boil the sausages in water at a temperature of 75 degrees. The cooking time will depend on the diameter of the sausages (about 15 to 25 minutes).

Remove the finished sausages and quickly rinse with cold water. Now they can be sent either to the refrigerator or to the freezer and taken out as needed.
Immediately before eating, the sausages should be boiled or fried for 3 minutes.
