Metropolitan olivier salad

Classic of the genre - everyone's favorite salad according to a familiar recipe. Salad "Metropolitan" I remember from school years - my mother cooked it often. I still associate it with childhood, with my mother's care and warmth. Prepare such a salad on any of the weekdays and create comfort on the dining table.

Cooking method

Cooking time: 1 h 20 min

1. Boil the vegetables, fillets and eggs.
2. When the potatoes and carrots are cool, peel and cut them into cubes. Do the same with chicken eggs.
3. Cut the pickles and chicken fillet in the same way.
4. Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl, add the green peas, as well as finely chopped green onions.
5. Do not forget to add salt and season the salad with ground black pepper.
6. Add mayonnaise, mix thoroughly.

Serve garnished with herbs.
