Farfalle with salmon in cream sauce

Let's start with salmon.

In a deep frying pan, greased with butter, put one layer of lemon slices on the bottom. Put a layer of chopped dill and shallots evenly on top.

Add wine and water to the pan.

Rub the salmon fillet with a mixture of sour cream and Dijon mustard. Put the fillet on a lemon pillow and add salt.

On high heat, bring the liquid to a boil, reduce the heat to a minimum and so we will cook under the lid until the salmon is fully cooked - about 13 minutes.

Meanwhile, boil the pasta according to the instructions. Put the pasta with a slotted spoon in a colander.

In the same water where the pasta was cooked, boil the asparagus.

Meanwhile, in a clean deep frying pan, bring the cream to a boil, reduce the heat to a minimum and cook the cream until their volume is halved.

Then add lemon zest, grated parmesan, chopped dill and slices of chopped pre-cooked salmon fillet. Cook, stirring, until the cheese is liquid. Add salt and pepper.

Add the pasta to the sauce in the pan, mix and remove from the heat.

Serve, sprinkled with grated parmesan and dill.
