If the rapans are frozen, we defrost them. The first step is to remove the stomach. It is dark, long and stands out among all the other parts.
Put a pot of water, bring to a boil. The water needs to be salted. We put the rapans in a container and after boiling, cook them for four minutes. If you cook longer, the seafood will become rubbery.
Removing the rapan from the pan. After they cool down, cut them into medium pieces. Cut the onion into half rings. Heat a frying pan with oil and fry the seafood with onions. Readiness is determined by the golden color of the onion.
We spread the cooked dish on a plate, put lemon slices and green onions on top.
