Cooking method

Cooking time: 30 min

Let's start cooking:

1. Pour the pasta into boiling salted water and cook until "al dente" (semi-ready), so that they hold their shape firmly and do not spread.
2. The frozen mixture of Italian vegetables is thoroughly washed in cold water, dried on a paper napkin and poured into a hot frying pan with olive oil.
3. Add salt and pepper to taste, mix and cook for 4-5 minutes. Make sure that the vegetables remain elastic and are not over-cooked.

To prepare the sauce:

1. Melt butter in the microwave or in a water bath.
2. Three cheese on a coarse grater and add to the melted butter. Mix thoroughly, add chopped garlic and a little salt.
3. The resulting sauce is filtered through a fine strainer.

Mix ready-made pasta with vegetable mixture, pour cream sauce on top and sprinkle with grated cheese. Before serving, the dish can be decorated with fresh herbs, sprinkle with seasonings to your taste. But this is not necessary - so it turns out beautifully and tasty.

Bon appetit!
