Cooking method
Wash the apples, let the water drain, then peel and core them by cutting into 4 pieces, then cut into pieces. Pour water on the bottom of the dishes in which you will cook (it is advisable to take a saucepan with a thick bottom so that the puree does not burn), put the apples, cover with a lid and cook over low heat until the apples become very soft (about 30 minutes).
Then turn off the heat and mash the apples thoroughly in a puree with a blender, or just mash them with a pusher. Then pour sugar into the applesauce, mix and bring to a boil, pour in condensed milk, stir, bring to a boil and cook stirring occasionally for 5 minutes (make sure that the puree does not burn!). Then put the finished puree into sterile jars and seal with boiled lids. Wrap up and leave the jars like this until they cool down.
