Step 1:
Prepare the ingredients. Powdered sugar must be sifted through a fine nylon sieve. We break the chocolate into slices.
Step 2:
Cream, butter, marshmallows, chocolate are placed in a bowl and put in a water bath. Stir.
Step 3:
The ingredients should melt completely. Do not bring to a boil!
Step 4:
Let the mass cool down a little and stir in the sifted powdered sugar with a spoon.
Step 5:
The mastic will stick a little.
Step 6:
We wrap it in a film and send it to the refrigerator for a few hours, or better for a day.
Step 7:
This mastic is suitable for modeling flowers, figurines and for wrapping cakes. This cake is completely decorated with shokomastika (except beads and lace).
