Cooking method
Wash the potatoes with a brush, put them in a saucepan with boiling salted water and boil until tender, cool. Put the eggs in cold water, bring to a boil and cook for 6 minutes.
Peel the potatoes and cut into large pieces. Peel the eggs, cut them not too finely. Finely chop the onion and pickled cucumbers and mix in a salad bowl with potatoes and eggs.
In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, sour cream and granular mustard. Pour the dressing over the salad, add salt and pepper to taste, mix.
To make the salad better soaked, leave it for 30 minutes.
