Wash the potatoes thoroughly, put them, without peeling, in boiling salted water for 10-15 minutes. Drain the water, cut the potatoes into slices. Wash the radishes, cut off the tails, cut into thin slices.
Wash, dry and chop the parsley.
Prepare the dressing. Peel and chop the onion. Combine mustard with vinegar. While stirring, pour in the oil, add the chopped onion. Put warm potatoes and radishes in a salad bowl, pour mustard sauce, mix. Sprinkle with parsley.
