Sour cabbage soup with sauerkraut stew

Traditional cabbage soup in a modern design, but like from a Russian stove. Cabbage soup is one of the favorite dishes of the Russian population, at least in our family, this soup is prepared very often and never gets boring. In my opinion, real cabbage soup can be cooked only from sauerkraut, having previously washed it and put it out separately, and in meat broth. Then you really get hearty, fragrant and rich soup. Of course, the exception is summer cabbage soup from sorrel and nettle. When there is no meat broth at hand, you can use a stew (beef or pork). Soup stew is absolutely not going to spoil, Delicious, satisfying and cook much faster than using a piece of meat
