Green Shchi with Nettle, Sorrel, Chicken, and Egg

A springtime vitamin soup made with chicken broth. Green shchi with nettle, sorrel, and egg is a spring soup packed with vitamin C. Gather the nettle in spring, using only the young top leaves. Cooking method
