Step 1:
To prepare green cabbage soup with nettle and sorrel with egg, we will prepare the necessary ingredients. Vegetables are washed and peeled. Wash the greens with water. Boil the eggs.
Step 2:
Wash the carrots, peel and cut into strips.
Step 3:
Finely chop the peeled onion.
Step 4:
Put onions, carrots, chicken wings and salt in a saucepan. Pour 2 liters of water and put the pan on the fire.
Step 5:
Peel the potatoes and cut into cubes.
Step 6:
20 minutes after boiling the broth, put the sliced potatoes in a saucepan.
Step 7:
Scald the nettles with boiling water and cut into small pieces. We cut only the leaves.
Step 8:
Cut the sorrel into small pieces.
Step 9:
Finely chop the boiled eggs.
Step 10:
When the potatoes are cooked, add nettles, eggs, sorrel and ground black pepper to the pan. We continue to cook for another 3 minutes and turn off the gas. Leave the soup to infuse for 10 minutes.
Step 11:
We serve the soup to the table, sprinkled with chopped parsley.
