Step 1:
For the salad, boil the chicken fillet and eggs in advance.
Step 2:
Cut the fillet into cubes. Mushrooms, cucumbers and onions are cut into cubes and mixed together. The melted cheese is rubbed on a coarse grater. We disassemble the eggs into yolks and whites and grate them separately.
Step 3:
Layer 1. Mix the chicken fillet with 1 tbsp. l. mayonnaise, season with salt and pepper and spread an even layer on the dish.
Step 4:
Layer 2 - spread a mixture of mushrooms, cucumbers and onions. We apply a mesh of mayonnaise.
Step 5:
Layer 3 - grated egg yolks and mayonnaise. We put aside a teaspoon of yolks for decoration.
Step 6:
Layer 4 - melted cheese and mayonnaise.
Step 7:
Layer 5. The surface of the salad is leveled and covered with a layer of proteins.
Step 8:
Decoration. We spread the bottom of the salad with dill, as a candle - we make cross-shaped incisions on a crab stick and slightly cut off the top layer (we make a pattern), we make a wick with yolk. Pomegranate seeds are spread over dill. Instead of a crab stick, a candle can also be cut from cheese or bell pepper. Bon appetit!
