Step 1:
Cut the watermelon into 2 halves.
Step 2:
And take out the pulp with a spoon. Squeeze the juice out of the pulp. If desired, add sugar. Dilute gelatin in 200 grams of water. And leave to swell, depending on whether you have gelatin in the plates or in powder – from 15 to 40 minutes, respectively. Swollen gelatin on low heat is brought to dissolution, without letting it boil. Then we leave it to cool down to room temperature. Then gradually add the watermelon juice and stir until smooth.
Step 3:
Pour the resulting mixture into the watermelon halves and send it to the refrigerator until the jelly is completely solidified.
Step 4:
Now cut the watermelon into slices. Delicious dessert is ready!
Gelatin must be taken depending on how much watermelon juice you get. If more than 1 liter, then proportionally increase the amount of gelatin.
