To start, prepare the dressing, for this we mix olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper, mix thoroughly. If desired, you can add a little ready-made mustard and a little honey (sugar), focus on your taste.

Lettuce leaves (washed and dried) pour half of the dressing, mix and spread on a plate for serving.
Step 4:
Spread sliced cherries on top of the lettuce leaves.

And add chopped mozzarella.

For poached eggs, bring 1 liter of water to a boil, add a little salt and 1 tbsp vinegar. We break the egg into a plate and pour it into the water. The water should boil slightly (there should be no violent bubbling :))
Step 7:
Cook for 2-3 minutes and take out the egg with a slotted spoon.
Step 8:
Spread the egg on the salad, sprinkle with freshly ground pepper and pour the rest of the dressing on top.
Step 9:
Quickly serve to the table. Enjoy your meal!
