Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Prepare all the ingredients for banana charlotte.
Step 2:
Take the cream, add soda to them, after extinguishing it with vinegar. Then put sugar and starch there, having previously dissolved it in half a glass of milk. Put the finished mixture in a water bath and whisk it for 3 to 4 minutes with a whisk.. After that, just cook the mixture, stirring constantly so that there are no lumps, until thickened. Cool down, but so that the cream remains a little more liquid, and not completely frozen.
Step 3:
Peel the bananas and cut them into small slices. Put them in a beautiful glass vase.
Step 4:
Put the pieces of cookies on top of the bananas, having previously soaked them in milk.
Step 5:
Pour the finished cream on top and put it in the refrigerator for 1 hour so that the charlotte freezes.
Step 6:
Before serving, decorate the dessert with chopped walnuts and banana slices.
Step 7:
Dessert is ready. Bon appetit!!!
