Tulumba

A beloved Turkish sweet! It comes together in just 30 minutes — give it a try! Tulumba is a classic Turkish dessert: little ridged fingers of choux pastry, deep-fried and soaked in syrup. It's simple to make and turns out wonderfully delicious. It reminds me of the "sweet pickles" treat from my childhood — though I never did figure out why anyone called them pickles!
