Salad with broccoli and shrimp

Broccoli is disassembled into inflorescences and boiled in salted boiling water for about 3 minutes
Step 3:
We throw the boiled broccoli on a sieve and dip it in ice water (so our cabbage will not lose its color)
Step 4:
We also boil the shrimp (defrost) in boiling water for about 2 minutes, and also we throw it on a sieve
Step 5:
Pepper cut into strips or any other arbitrary shape
Step 6:
We clean the shrimp (do not forget that there is an esophagus on the back of the shrimp that needs to be removed) and cut. Broccoli can be chopped into smaller pieces if desired. Mix everything, you can add a little salt and pepper (but do not forget that our mayonnaise is salty). Since I made the salad in portions, I added mayonnaise directly to each bowl. Bon appetit!
