Raffaello-Style Dessert with Strawberries
These are the famous coconut candies, made with a tender cottage cheese base and a fresh strawberry hidden inside. A delicious, delicate treat for teatime — quick to make and even quicker to disappear. I love baking with cottage cheese and am always hunting for interesting recipes, but this one skips the oven entirely. The result is an unusual little dessert.
