Garlic arrows are removed from garlic, cut off the tops and blanch for 2 minutes with boiling water.
We cool it under a cold stream of water and cut it as you please, I make it 15cm long at least.
We prepare 0.5 l cans - I wash and blanch, and sterilize the lids.
Cooking marinade
Per liter of water - 2 tablespoons of salt and 2 tablespoons of sugar, 100g of vinegar 9%.

We put it to sterilize for 10 minutes
Roll up the lids, turn them over and let them cool down.
