Step-by-step cooking
Boil the shrimp in water with bay leaf, salt and spices.
Pour vegetable oil to the cauldron, heat it up to readiness and put the washed and dried rice, fry for 2-3 minutes together with curry, or any other spices, then add boiled water so that it is a finger higher than rice, cook with the lid closed without stirring over low heat.
Cut the zucchini into plates and fry in vegetable oil until golden brown, add salt at the end of frying.
Peel the garlic and pass it through the press.
Rub our zucchini with garlic.
Cut the gray bread with a thickness of 4-5ml., slice the mode in half, cut out the middle and cut it into pieces evenly.
Fry our bread in vegetable oil.
Peel the boiled shrimps and fry them with onions in vegetable oil.
