The recipe for making an avocado snack is quite simple and will take no more than ten minutes.
It is very important that the avocado is ripe and easily kneaded with a fork. If you bought a fairly hard avocado – keep it in the kitchen for about two days, and it will become much softer.
So, peel the avocado and knead it into a mush with a fork.
Boiled eggs are grated on a fine grater.
Combine eggs with avocado, add chopped garlic and mayonnaise.
You can also add salt or pepper to your taste.
Cut tomatoes into circles and put the resulting mixture on each circle.
If desired, you can replace tomatoes with bread or pita bread.
