Step 1:
Prepare the products. It is better to take the breast chilled, it will turn out both tastier and softer. Pineapple can be taken any, canned rings or pieces. If fresh, then very ripe. The sweetness of pineapple is one of the features of the dish. Take your favorite cheese - it should be delicious first of all. Mayonnaise can be used at home.
Step 2:
The first step is to boil the breast. To do this, boil the water and lower the chicken into boiling water. This is done so that all the juices remain inside the meat, and not go into the broth, as happens during cooking in cold water. Cook the breast for 30 minutes. In the process, add salt. Then we take it out and cool it.
Step 3:
Hard-boiled eggs. We put the dishes with eggs on the fire, wait for boiling and cook for 10 minutes. Leave to cool in the same water. Cooked in this way, the eggs will remain soft, but at the same time well cooked.
Step 4:
Cut the completely cooled breast first into longitudinal pieces, then into strips, then into cubes.
Step 5:
Eggs cut into cubes or just finely chop.
Step 6:
Cut pineapples. Try to have all the ingredients of the salad cut into approximately the same pieces. It will be not only beautiful, but also delicious. That's why we have pineapple cubes.
Step 7:
Walnuts must first be sorted well so that the shells and partitions do not come across. Then we chop them with a knife.
Step 8:
Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
Step 9:
We put all the salad ingredients in one bowl.
Step 10:
Mix, taste for salt. If necessary, we finish it. Just remember that there will be more salty mayonnaise.
Step 11:
We fill the salad right before serving. Salads with mayonnaise quickly deteriorate, it is better not to store them.
Step 12:
To make a salad in the form of a Christmas ball, take dill, pomegranate seeds and corn. Put the salad on a plate with a slide. Lightly brush with mayonnaise. Sprinkle with finely chopped dill. Lay out a pattern of grains. It will be easier to do this if you first draw it with thin strips of mayonnaise. From foil and dill, make the base of the ball. Ready! Bon appetit!
