And here is my favorite recipe for strawberry jam: strawberries need to be thoroughly washed, tails torn off and covered with sugar. We leave the strawberries overnight, and then grind them with a blender or meat grinder.
Then boil the strawberries for about half an hour – leave for 4-5 hours – boil again – leave for 5 hours – and cook until thickened. We put the ready-made hot strawberry jam in jars, roll it up, cool it down and ... you can enjoy!
