Strawberry Jam with Sugar

Delicious strawberry jam for anyone with a sweet tooth! You can dig in right away—incredible taste and aroma! Strawberries!!! That word means everything to me)) In summer I could happily live in the strawberry patch, so I always put up plenty of strawberry jam for winter, to dream of summer through the long winter evenings.

  • And here's my favorite strawberry jam recipe: wash the strawberries thoroughly, pull off the stems, and cover them with sugar. Leave the strawberries overnight, then purée them with a blender or meat grinder. Boil the strawberries for about half an hour, let them rest for 4–5 hours, boil again, rest for 5 hours, and finally cook until thickened. Spoon the hot strawberry jam into jars, seal, cool, and… enjoy!
