To make strawberry jam, wash the berries in a colander, without stirring, so that the strawberries do not let the juice. Then, using a blender, we make a homogeneous strawberry mass. Add sugar and water, and put the mass on a small fire, bring to a boil, reduce the fire. And cook our strawberry jam for 20-25 minutes, stirring. 5-7 minutes before cooking, add citric acid. After that, pour the jam into sterilized jars and twist with boiled screw caps. That's it, now our strawberry jam will be stored until winter!
