How to cook snails

Grape snails need to be folded into an unpressurized container and kept in the bottom of the refrigerator for several days at temp.+3 degrees. The snails should release their stomachs during this time.

Then they need to be washed well in running water and boiled for 15 minutes in boiling water.

Drain the water, remove the snails from the houses (with a toothpick). Rinse in water.

Cook it for 1.5-2 hours in water with the addition of salt, bay leaf, pepper, white wine to taste.

Mix a pinch of salt, chopped dill, garlic with butter. You can use a blender.

Push boiled snails back into the houses, and seal the entrance with green oil.

You need to eat snails, heating in the microwave for 2 minutes so that the oil boils. Remove with toothpicks.

Excellent appetizer to wine!
