Red Bean Lobio

A traditionally composed Georgian dish with notes of coriander! In Georgian, "lobio" means "beans." In Georgian cuisine, the name refers to dishes made from boiled beans, with several dozen variations. They differ in bean variety, size, shape, color, how soft they're cooked, and—most importantly—the seasonings.
