Melon jam with lemon for winter

Cooking method
Peel the melon and seed.
Cut into cubes and pour 0.5 kg of granulated sugar and leave it to let the melon juice.
Lemons pour boiling water and cut into small pieces.
Lemons are filled with 0.5 kg of granulated sugar, mixed and left overnight.
Cook the melon over low heat until reduced by half and then add lemons and sugar vanilla and cook for another 30 minutes.
We put it hot in clean jars and twist it.
