First boil the rice in salted water with the addition of turmeric, it will give a beautiful yellow color to the rice and a pleasant spicy taste.
Cut bell peppers into strips, zucchini into thin slices, tomatoes and onions into cubes, squeeze garlic through a press.
Fry zucchini and pepper in preheated oil, add onion and garlic, fry lightly together.
Add boiled rice, tomatoes, season with salt, pepper and lemon zest, simmer for another five minutes.
The dish is ready, bon appetit!!!
