- How to make the starch "noodles": Bring the water to a boil. Add salt to taste and a little vegetable oil. Dissolve the starch in a small amount of cold water, then pour it into the boiling water in a thin stream, stirring vigorously. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly. The jelly is ready when it gets hard to stir. Pour it into a shallow dish greased with oil and let it cool. Keep the set starch in a covered container in the fridge until you use it. To save yourself the trouble, you can buy ready-made noodles at the store. For the sauce: dissolve 2 chicken bouillon cubes in boiled water and let it cool. Fry the ground meat until golden; separately, fry the onion cut into half-rings along with the peppers, let cool, and stir into the meat. Beat the eggs, fry them in oil too, and add them to the meat. Stir in the finely chopped jusai (garlic chives) and mix well. Pour the cooled water over the meat and the other ingredients, mix thoroughly, and season with salt, vinegar, and soy sauce to taste. Finely chop the garlic. The sauce is ready! In a deep bowl, lay the noodles on the bottom, then the set starch cut into thin strips, and ladle the sauce over everything. Serve the dish cold! Enjoy!
