Cooking method
Recipe for starch noodles. Heat the water to a boil. Add salt to taste, a little vegetable oil. Dilute starch in a small amount of cold water. Pour a thin stream into boiling water, stirring vigorously. Cook over low heat, stirring continuously.The jelly is ready when it is already difficult enough to stir it. Pour into a shallow bowl greased with vegetable oil. Cool it down.
Store the finished starch in a closed container before use in the refrigerator.
To make it easier for yourself to work, ready-made noodles are sold in stores.
For gravy:
Add 2 chicken cubes to the boiled water, cool!
