Step-by-step cooking
Cook the broth from the giblets, remove the giblets.
Put diced potatoes in the broth, you can use straws if desired.
Along the way, we make a roast. Finely chop the onion, fry in vegetable oil, add grated carrots, simmer for 3-4 minutes.
Add the roast to the finished potatoes, salt and pepper, add the giblets and 1 nest of noodles (pre-break) cook over low heat for 3-4 minutes. We fill it with herbs. Done. Enjoy your meal.
Herbs and ground pepper can be put directly into a plate.
