If you love Italian cuisine, then you should be familiar with a dish called
tagliatelle
. In Italy, there is a whole legend associated with this dish. It is believed that tagliatelle owes its origin to none other than Lucrezia Borgia, whose amazing hairstyle on the wedding day won the heart of one of the chefs and inspired him to create a new dish.
In general, tagliatelle is something like our noodles (it's not spaghetti!). And it is served with a variety of products, starting with vegetables and ending with seafood.
I love seafood, so I recommend a culinary recipe for tagliatelle with seafood.
