The husband went to the store. Alone, with money, full of the desire to surprise. He got tired of my food, you see, and decided to come up with a menu for 1 day himself. He comes – fresh mussels in a bag, a proud smile of the winner on his face. Surprised so surprised. I call all my friends and get a ready recipe in ten minutes. Well, dear, we will eat mussel soup. I'll surprise you too.
Mussels need to be prepared, I don't know how anyone, but I washed them with an old toothbrush. We take a large saucepan with a thick bottom, dump the mussels into it, fill it with water so that it covers them entirely. We put it on the stove, wait until it boils. After boiling, there should come a moment when the shutters will open.
Drain the water, filter and boil it until the volume reaches 900 ml.
"Undress" the shells, get rid of garbage and capricious not opened mussels.
In a frying pan, we pass the chopped onion and garlic in butter, passed through a presser. Combine onion and garlic, boiled broth, bread crumbs, dry wine and lemon juice in a saucepan. We wait until the broth boils, and add the mussel meat. Turn off the stove, wait five minutes. Pour cream, pour green parsley.
Pour on plates and wait for praise.
