Squid with Rice

A really tasty main course for seafood lovers! The seas and oceans keep our tables stocked with seafood, and squid is a great example — it gives us protein the body needs, along with valuable minerals and trace elements. And it's not just healthy; it's genuinely delicious. Squid pairs well with all kinds of ingredients — vegetables, rice — and you can stuff it, boil it, fry it, grind it for patties and casseroles, or use it as a filling for crêpes. I recently made squid with rice and loved it: simple and tasty.
